Whether you purchased a digital camera, lens, or instax accessory, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or visit our flagship store in person.
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, batteries, and promotional items to ensure a full refund.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it at an authorized courier location, or bring the item directly to the House of Photography service desk.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
